The Eight Armed Chef started as a concept, the idea of being so fluent in the kitchen, it was as though you were an octopus running every station as one. Now the Eight Armed Chef leads a new era of culinarians into the field. After decades in the industry, the 8 have seen everything from commercial, pre-processed, “food”, to Michelin starred delights. The majority of the food served today is either heavily modified and anemic in nutrients. The Eight Armed Chef stands against this and is ever on mission to better food for everyone. With your help and the help of your friends and neighbors in this community we can all enjoy a healthier, brighter future. Sometimes the “old-school” way is better, and nature's way always beats out man made. We utilize many old-school techniques and processes. Brendan grew up in the woods of Northern California. Fishing and camping were as easy to do as walking to the store. The water he enjoyed growing up was as good as it gets, and he just wants to share that gift with everyone! Brendan took automotive tech classes out of high school to pursue his passion for fast cars and engineering. However, one life changing night, sick in bed with only instant ramen in the pantry, Brendan went hungry over eating that, again. After realizing his passion to feed himself and others good honest food, Brendan changed directions and dove into Culinary Arts. 15 years later and Brendan has trained rigorously and in some of the best kitchens he could find. Now he wants to take everything he has learned to feed your body and soul. With health and standards at the forefront Brendan stands strong with the Eight Armed Chef.
